STEVEN R. FOX is Chairman & CEO of Enamelon, Inc., since June 1992. He
was educated at New York University Dental College, Doctor of Dental
Surgery. Accelerated Program (four years in three), 1978 and at The
University of Rochester and received a Bachelor of Arts, Cum Laude,
Science Honors, 1975. His professional activities include: 1995-1997
Faculty of Harvard School of Dental Medicine Department of Restorative
Dentistry; 1979-1987 Assistant Clinical Professor of Family Practice New
York University Dental College; 1979-1988 Member of Board of Directors
New York University Dental College Alumni Association; 1979-1987 Member
of Admissions Committee New York University Dental College; 1986- Fellow
of the American College of Dentistry (youngest in U.S.A.); Fellow of the
International College of Dentistry (youngest); 1979- Ethics Committee,
Ninth District Dental Society; International Dental Research Society;
International Congress of Oral Implantology; American Academy of
Dentistry for Children; Academy of General Dentistry; American Dental
Association; Yonkers Dental Society; 1972-1974 Medical Research at
Albert Einstein and 1974 Medical Research at Strong Memorial Hospital.
Mr. Fox's civic activities include: New York Veteran Police Association
(police surgeon); Guild for the Blind; New York City Children's Museum
and Pediatric Tumor Foundation. He is Chairman of the Board of United
