A sought-after speaker and industry leader, STEVEN J. SNYDER is a co-
founder, CEO and President of Net Perceptions, which develops
recommendation and loyalty software solutions. Previously, he
successfully served in senior management positions with Microsoft,
Personnel Decisions International, and Touche Ross. While at Microsoft,
Snyder spearheaded the company's relationship with IBM and lead the
Language Business unit growing it from $20 million to $60 million. Mr.
Snyder has an MBA from the Harvard Business School (Baker Scholar), and
