Steven G. Anderson – Cryolife Inc. (cry)

STEVEN G. ANDERSON is the Founder, Chairman, President and CEO of CryoLife, Inc. Mr. Anderson has specialized in the development and marketing of implantable medical devices for over 35 years. Prior to founding CryoLife in 1984, he was Senior Executive Vice President of Intermedics, Inc. (which became Guidant), a worldwide leader in the manufacture of implantable heart pacemakers, intraocular lenses and orthopedic prostheses. He also served as Vice President of Marketing at Intermedics for six years. In 1987, he received the Ernst & Young/Inc. magazine Entrepreneur of the Year Award. Mr. Anderson is a graduate of the University of Minnesota. He is a life member of the Institute of American Entrepreneurs and a member of the Association of Venture Founders. Profile
