its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since April 1999, he has built
upon the company's industry experience, superior technology and product
vision to transform Nx Networks from a voice technology provider to

solutions, based on next generation strategic applications and
innovative business enabling software. By rebuilding the international
sales team and increasing channel and global marketing efforts, Mr.
Francesco has expanded the company's worldwide market presence and

brings over 20 years of experience in the financial services and
computing industries to Nx Networks. Prior to joining the company, Mr.
Francesco launched SmartServ Online, Inc., serving as its President and
