STEVEN G. BROWN is President and Chief Executive Officer of BBi
Enterprises, LP. He began his career in the technical components
industry in England. In 1989, Mr. Brown began working for a
multinational German automotive supplier, serving in many positions
throughout the world and concluding as President of North American
Operations until his resignation in December 2000. In February 2001, he
founded BBi Enterprises where he is President and Chief Executive
Officer. BBi today has seven manufacturing facilities in Canada and the
United States and is a tier one supplier for the automotive industry
