STEVE OAKLEY is the President, CEO, Founder and visionary of
CommerceScout, and serves as the company's Chairman. His executive
experience spans over 16 years including his role as Senior Vice
President and General Manager of Ultimate Software, a provider of web-
based human resource applications. Mr. Oakley was a key contributor to
Ultimate Software's 1998 IPO. Previously, Mr. Oakley was Divisional Vice
President for Automatic Data Processing where he oversaw sales in ADP's
National Accounts Division. Mr. Oakley possesses multiple talents,
however his strengths include finding and retaining great people and
growing dynamic, successful organizations. He earned his Bachelor's
