An industry veteran for nearly two decades, STEVE DREXEL joined
CORESTAFF Services in 2000 as Executive Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer and assumed the duties of President and Chief
Executive Officer in May 2001. Mr. Drexel's background also
includes 15 years in the corporate finance department of national
staffing firm Kelly Services, Inc., where he served in a variety
of management roles including Director of Corporate Finance. He
also served as a key member of the company's Pricing Strategy
Task Force. Following his tenure at Kelly Services, Mr. Drexel
served as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer
of Walsh College in Troy, Michigan, where he oversaw all
financial and business operations. Mr. Drexel is also a member of
the Bureau of Labor Statistics Business Research Advisory
