STEPHEN H. SHOEMAKER joined GT Group Telecom, Inc., as Chief Financial
Officer in December 1999. Mr. Shoemaker has held several senior
management positions at Qwest Communications International, most
recently as Vice President, Treasurer, where he managed Treasury Service
and Risk Management functions and he led the financing efforts for Qwest
and its related ventures. Prior to this, he was Vice President,
Corporate Finance for Host Marriott Services Corporation, the nation's
largest franchise operator of branded restaurant concepts in airports
and on toll roads. Mr. Shoemaker received a BS in Accounting from the
University of Virginia and passed the CPA examination in Virginia. Profile
and an overview of what you're doing at the present time?
Mr. Shoemaker: Group Telecom is the largest independent
