STEPHEN J.J. LETWIN was appointed Group Vice President, Gas Strategy &
Corporate Development of Enbridge Inc. on April 1, 2003. He is
responsible for Energy Distribution operations, including oversight of
Enbridge Gas Distribution and Enbridge Gas New Brunswick. He is also
responsible for the Corporate Planning and Business Development
functions, including mergers and acquisitions. He joined Enbridge as
President and Chief Operating Officer, Energy Services, in 1999, and was
appointed Group Vice President, Distribution & Services in 2001. Prior
to joining Enbridge Mr. Letwin held senior executive positions with a
number of companies in the energy transmission, exploration and
production sectors. He received a BSc (honors) from McMaster University
in 1977 and an MBA in Finance from the University of Windsor in 1979. He
