STEPHEN I. KAHN is the Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer
and the President of iTurf, Inc. Mr. Kahn founded iTurf in 1997. He is
also the Chairman of the Board and the Chief Executive Officer of
dELiA*s, Inc., a company he founded in 1993. Mr. Kahn serves on the
Board of a number of public companies and is a private investor and
advisor to privately held Internet and telecommunications companies. Mr.
Kahn successfully built dELiA*s into a dominant catalog and retail
company focused on teens and young adults. dELiA*s generated revenues of
approximately $200 million in 1999 and has a database of over 12 million
consumers. dELiA*s, Inc. includes such properties as the dELiA*s catalog
and retail stores, TSI Soccer (the largest specialty retailer of soccer
in the US), Storybook Heirlooms (a tween fashion catalog), and droog (a
young men's fashion catalog). In April of 1999, Mr. Kahn took the iTurf
network public, and it currently is the largest and fastest growing
proprietary teen and young adult network on the Internet, operating both
community and commerce sites. According to Nielsen's February 2000
numbers, iTurf is the 66th largest property on the Internet in terms of
