Stanton Mckee – Electronic Arts Inc (erts)

STANTON MCKEE, 53, is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial and Administrative Officer, responsible for corporate finance, treasury, planning, investor relations, legal and business affairs, human resources, and business development. An Electronic Arts executive since 1989, McKee laid the groundwork and led the company's successful IPO in September 1989. Prior to joining Electronic Arts, McKee was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Monterey, CA - based Digital Research Inc. (DRI), where he assisted in a major refocusing of DRI's goals and product line, which led to the company's return to revenue growth and profitability. He also managed manufacturing and some foreign operations for DRI and raised over $33 million in equity during his six years at the company.
