STAFFAN AHLBERG is the Chief Executive Officer of IBS AB. He received a
Master of Science degree in electronics at the Royal Institute of
Technology, and two years later also became Bachelor of Administration
at the Stockholm School of Economics. In 1968, he joined PA
International as management consultant, specialising in Manufacturing
Control and Financial Planning systems. In 1975, he was appointed
Divisional Manager for Business Systems within PA Scandinavia. In 1978,
the division was spun off as a company and Mr Ahlberg was appointed
Managing Director and Board Member. In 1984, PA sold the Group to an
outside investor and to the management, forming IBS, and in 1986 the IBS
Group was listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange. Mr Ahlberg is married
to Nina, who is Chief Medical Officer of Sweden. They have three
