Simon Wajcenberg – Themutual.net Plc (tmn.l)

SIMON WAJCENBERG is the Joint Managing Director and co-founder of themutual.net. Together with co-founder Ben Heaton, Mr Wajcenberg established the company in July 1999 after a year of developing the business plan from the original concept and approaching the first potential investors. Since then, Mr Wajcenberg has seen the company through the initial round of private investment, the consumer launch and a listing on the London Stock Exchange's Alternative Investment Market (AIM). He is primarily responsible for marketing and securing new business opportunities and e-commerce partnerships that will generate new site features which can be enjoyed by the 125,000 strong themutual.net community. Mr Wajcenberg's first venture into financial trading came in 1986 when he worked at Morgan Grenfell Merchant Bank. A series of successful private investments throughout the years has given him the hands-on experience that proves invaluable in the managing of themutual.net.
