SHELLEY M. BOXER is Vice President-Finance of MSC Industrial Direct Co.
Inc. He has been with MSC since 1993 and has served as Vice President
and Chief Financial Officer and as a member of the Board of Directors.
Mr. Boxer was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Joyce
International, Inc., from 1992 to 1993, Executive Vice President and
Chief Financial Officer of Kinney Systems, Inc., from 1987 to 1992, Vice
President and Treasurer of Meyers Parking system, Inc. from 1982 to
1987, and he held various positions at Arthur Andersen & Co. from 1971
to 1982. Mr. Boxer has an MBA as well as his BS from Columbia
