SHELDON B. NELSON, is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer
of MDU Communications International, Inc. Mr. Nelson brings a wealth of
satellite industry experience to MDTV. A pioneer in the development of
the Canadian satellite industry going back 20 years, Mr. Nelson's
achievements encompass his operation of Canada's largest satellite
master antenna television (SMATV) operation, providing television
service to MDUs. As President of 4-12 Electronics Corp., Mr. Nelson was
responsible for all operations including the distribution of the Star
Choice product to its network of 400 dealers in Western Canada. He
graduated Magna Cum Laude from Gonzaga University in 1983 where he
majored in Finance and Economics and was the recipient of the
