(PAUL) SEON-HONG KIM was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer
of Center Bank in September 1998. With nearly three decades of
commercial banking experience behind him, Mr. Kim led Center Bank
through a major revitalization which included the resolution of pending
regulatory issues, the resurgence of employee enthusiasm, the
establishment of Center Financial Corporation, the holding company of
Center Bank, and the listing of the Company on the NASDAQ National
Market in 2002. Previously, he served Hanmi Bank in various leadership
positions from 1986 to 1998, including Executive Vice President, Chief
Financial Officer, Chief Credit Officer and Chief Marketing Officer.
From 1980 to 1986, Mr. Kim was as a Senior Vice President and Branch
Manager at Pacific Union Bank. Prior to that, he served as a Commercial
Loan Officer/Division Chief for Korea Long Term Credit Bank in South
Korea. Mr. Kim earned his Bachelor's degree from Seoul National
University and his Master's degree in Business Administration from the
