Sandra Robertson – Colonial Properties Trust (clp)

SANDRA LEE ROBERTSON is Senior Vice President Finance of Colonial Properties Trust, with general responsibilities for the communication of the corporate strategy and position with investors, analysts, rating agencies and lenders since 1998. Ms. Robertson coordinates the communication of the company's quarterly financial results to the investor community. Additionally, Ms. Robertson manages the tenant credit review process including the analysis and assignment of credit risks for the company's potential and existing commercial clients. Prior to joining Colonial Properties Trust, Robertson served as Assistant Vice President of Acquisition Finance, Loan Structuring and Syndications for Citicorp Securities, Inc. and in Bankruptcy Consulting for Price Waterhouse. She holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from The Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting with a minor in Computer Science from Wake Forest University. Ms. Robertson, a Certified Public Accountant, is a member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trust and The National Investor Relations Institute. Robertson serves as Chairman of the Alabama Chapter of The Nature Conservancy.
