Samuel Ariel Landy – United Mobile Homes Inc (umh)

SAMUEL ARIEL LANDY is the CEO of United Mobile Homes, Inc. graduated Rumson Fair Haven Regional High School in 1978 with a Curry College, B.A., he majored in Business Administration and Widener University School of Law, 1985, Admitted to New Jersey Bar in 1985. He was admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court in 1997. Legal practice 1985 through 1990, primarily related to the manufactured housing industry, representing park owners and retail finance companies. He became Vice President of United Mobile, Inc., in 1991; President in 1995; Director of United Mobile Homes, Inc., Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corporation and Monmouth Capital Corporation. Mr. Landy's work experience includes managing concession business, renovating horse farms, professionally training and driving standardbred race horses. Mr. Landy has won races at Delmarva Downs, Ocean City, MD, Brandywine Raceway, Brandywine, DE, Freehold Raceway, Freehold, NJ and the Meadowlands, Rutherford, NJ. He won 11 out of 13 races with Porter Gray in the New Jersey Sire Stakes Races, including the Fair Championship. Mr. Landy is married and has three children. Mr. Landy has given up racing horses to run United Mobile Homes, Inc. He misses racing horses but finds the same challenge in obtaining approvals to build manufactured home communities.
