RUSSELL C. HOROWITZ is co-Founder of Go2Net, Inc. and has served as its
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since its inception in February
1996. In 1996 Mr. Horowitz also founded Xanthus Capital, LP., a Seattle-
based merchant bank that focuses primarily on developing companies in
emerging growth industries or special situations. Mr. Horowitz serves as
the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Xanthus Management, LLC,
the general partner of Xanthus Capital LP. Mr. Horowitz received BA in
Economics from Columbia College of Columbia University in 1988. Profile
