Russell Freeman – Perot Systems Corporation (per)

RUSSELL FREEMAN is Chief Financial Officer for Perot Systems Corporation. He is responsible for financial analysis and financial management activities in support of Perot Systems worldwide. He serves as the main interface to the investment community, oversees mergers and acquisitions activities, and is responsible for the corporation's planning, accounting and treasury functions. Mr. Freeman has more than 15 years of financial management, accounting and business development experience, 12 of which have been with Perot Systems in various financial management roles. Prior to his current role, he was Perot Systems' Corporate Controller, where he transitioned the company's accounting functions from a private company environment to a public company environment, and was a key member of Perot Systems' IPO team. For the seven previous years, Mr. Freeman served as finance director for many of Perot Systems' major operating units, where he managed finance and financial business development activities. During this time, he was instrumental in the development, structure, and negotiation of new client relationships and corporate development activities. Mr. Freeman began his career in the audit practice for Arthur Young & Company. Mr. Freeman is a Certified Public Accountant and received his bachelor's degree in business administration in Accounting from Texas Tech University. Profile
