RUSSEL H. MCMEEKIN joined Mikohn Gaming Corporation in August
2002 as President and Chief Operating Officer. Mikohn Gaming is a
diversified supplier to the casino gaming industry worldwide,
specializing in the development of innovative products with
recurring revenue potential. The company develops manufactures
and markets an expanding array of slot games, table games and
advanced player tracking and accounting systems for slot machines
and table games. Before joining Mikohn, Mr. McMeekin was Chief
Executive Officer of ViaFone, Inc., a privately held wireless
enterprise software company based in the San Francisco Bay area.
In August 2002 ViaFone merged with Extended Systems Inc. Mr.
McMeekin is a member of their Board of Directors. Prior to
joining ViaFone, Mr. McMeekin spent more than eight years at
Honeywell, Inc., serving as President of e-Business for Honeywell
International, and President and General Manager of Honeywell's
Hi-Spec Solutions Business Unit. Mr. McMeekin holds a degree in
Process Engineering from Sault College, Canada, and continued his
studies in Chemical Engineering at the University of Waterloo. He
also serves on several outside company Boards as an Advisor and

TWST: Can you give us a summary of Mikohn Gaming?Mr. McMeekin: The company was formed in 1986 and became public in
1993. The founders were Mike Stone and John Acres, who no longer
have an
