RUDI DE WINTER is the Chief Executive Officer of Melexis NV. He holds a
Master Degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Gent
(RIG). He started his career in 1984 as a development engineer for
Mietec Alacatel Belgium. In 1985, he joined a semiconductor start-up
Elmos GmbH to become Design manager. In 1990, he became director of the
Elex NV, now parent company of Melexis NV. He has been a private
shareholder of Melexis NV since 1994 and has been serving as Chief
Executive Officer since 1996. Profile
