Roundtable Forum: Human Capital Management

RANDALL A. MEHL is a Director and Senior Analyst in the Equity Research department at Robert W. Baird & Company. Mr. Mehl also is on the investment board of Baird Venture Partners, the company's venture fund. He has been a featured speaker at numerous HR-related industry events and has addressed executive teams at various companies in the sector. Prior to joining Baird, Mr. Mehl was a Senior Consultant at Andersen Consulting. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the AIMR and the Milwaukee Analysts Society. Mr. Mehl holds an MBA, with honors, from the University of Chicago and a BS from Bowling Green State University. He enjoys various water sports, running, and spending time with his three daughters. MEG SAEGEBARTH is a Vice President at Goldman Sachs. She was previously associated with Prudential Securities. Ms. Saegebarth is a member of AIMR, the New York Society of Security Analysts and has a CFA designation. She received a BA from Michigan State University and an MBA from New York University. Mark W. Allen is a Managing Director in the Equity Research Department at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey Capital Markets in Atlanta, Georgia. His area of research coverage is business and technology services, primarily human capital management. He has been in the investment business for 15 years and prior to that worked as a software development project manager for the Georgia Tech Research Institute. He graduated from Georgia Tech with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering in 1983 and a Master's degree in Management and Finance in 1987. Marcon, Mark S.
Mark S. Marcon is Robert W. Baird & Co.’s Senior Analyst covering human capital services. Prior to joining the company in 2005, Mr. Marcon was at Wachovia Securities for seven years, where he was a Senior Business Services Analyst specializing in the human capital solutions sector. He was named as an Institutional Investor All-America Runner-Up in 2008 and 2009, and was also named as a Forbes Blue Chip Analyst for those same years. He was also named a StarMine award winner for 2009. Before joining Wachovia Securities, Mr. Marcon covered the same sector for four years at Cleary Gull Reiland & McDevitt. He began his professional career at Leo Burnett Worldwide, where he spent five years specializing in business analysis and planning.
