Ronald L. Roudebush – Standard Products Co (spd)

RONALD L. ROUDEBUSH was elected Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of The Standard Products Company in July 1997. He directs the company worldwide, including its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Oliver Rubber Company, and Holm Industries, Inc. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Roudebush was with Rockwell International Corporation. He joined Rockwell in 1973 and held various financial, manufacturing, operational, staff and general management positions, including President, On-Highway Products. He also served as a vice president of three divisions: Highway Brakes and Trailer Axle Division, Service Parts and Automotive Electronics Division, and Heavy Vehicle Components Operation. From 1991 through November 1994, Mr. Roudebush served as President of Rockwell Automotive (the then $2.8 billion diversified, global component supplier to the automotive and truck industry), the operating unit of Rockwell International Corporation, which included all of Rockwell's worldwide automotive businesses (now known as Meritor). Mr. Roudebush received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from GMI Engineering and Management Institute (now Kettering University) and his Master of Science degree in Industrial Management from the Krannert School at Purdue University, where he was recognized as a Krannert Scholar. Mr. Roudebush is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Simpson Industries, Inc., and the Board of Trustees of Kettering University. He is an active member of the Society of Automotive Engineers and a member of the Senior Council of the Leadership Development Program, School of Business, Rutgers University. Profile
