RONALD G. EIDELL joined NovaMed in July 1998 and serves as Executive
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. From January 1996 to May
1998, Mr. Eidell was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
of Metromail Corporation, a provider of information and technology
products and services to direct marketing firms. From June 1988 to
December 1995, Mr. Eidell worked at R.R. Donnelley & Sons Co., an
international commercial printing company, where he was Senior Vice
President, Finance and Treasurer from January 1991 to December 1995, and
a Vice President from June 1988 through December 1990. Mr. Eidell earned
his BS in Business Administration from Drexel University in 1967, and
his MBA from the University of Chicago in 1982. Profile
