RONALD F. CREELEY joined Simulations Plus, Inc. in February 1997 as Vice
President, Marketing and Sales. In March 1999 he assumed the added
responsibility of directing the marketing and sales activities for the
company's wholly owned subsidiary, Words+, Inc. Before joining
Simulations Plus, Mr. Creeley was the Director of Marketing at Union Pen
Company in Greenwich, Connecticut, an international marketer of
advertising specialties selling globally to governments, businesses and
consumers. Under his direction, Union Pen distanced itself from its
competition and increased its market share through innovative product
development, creative marketing programs, advanced database profiling
and modeling and excellent customer service. From 1992 to 1995, Mr.
Creeley was the Marketing Director at Time Resources in Westford,
Massachusetts, a manufacturer and marketer of innovative personal
organization products and training. The company was a start-up division
of Keith Clark, Inc., a global printed products manufacturer. Mr.
Creeley, one of the founding members of the senior management team,
joined the company as Director of Product Development and was later
promoted to Marketing Director. Mr. Creeley conceived, designed and
implemented all product, marketing and database activities to support
the launch of this new company. Prior to this, Mr. Creeley was employed
for over nine years at New England Business Service, Inc. (NEBS) in
Groton, Massachusetts, an international direct marketing company selling
business products to small businesses. Mr. Creeley served in a variety
of management positions within the marketing organization, most
significantly as Marketing Director, responsible for NEBS's Contractor
and Professional Service strategic business units. Mr. Creeley holds a
Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Psychology from Merrimack College in
