RONALD W. AVERETT, President and Chief Operating Officer of
Princeton eCom Corporation, is responsible for the day-to-day
operations of the company. His career includes more than 20 years
of senior management experience in banking and financial
services. Prior to joining Princeton eCom, he was a Senior Vice
President in charge of Chevy Chase Bank's $5.2 billion credit
card division. Previously, he was a Senior Vice President at
Advanta Corporation where he was responsible for managing
Advanta's Gold Card product, a $9.5 billion portfolio with 3.5
million customers. While at Advanta he was also responsible for
building its credit card operations. Mr. Averett began his
financial services career at Citibank. He received a Bachelor's
degree from the University of Alabama and a Master's degree in
