RODGER L. JOHNSON is President and CEO of Knology, Inc. Mr. Johnson
joined Knology's team in April 1999 and serves on the Board of Directors
of Knology, Inc. and each of Knology's subsidiaries. Mr. Johnson was
most recently President and Chief Executive Officer of Communications
Central, Inc., a publicly traded telecommunications company
headquartered in Roswell, GA. Before his work at Communications Central,
he worked with JKC Holdings, a management consulting firm. In 1993,
while President and Chief Executive Officer of Brock Control Systems,
Inc., Mr. Johnson guided the company through a successful initial public
stock offering. Brock was a leading provider of sales and marketing
automation software. Mr. Johnson spent 13 years with AT&T where he
worked in numerous departments, including sales, marketing, engineering,
operations and human resources. In his final job at AT&T, he directed
the development of consumer market sales strategies for the northeastern
United States, a territory encompassing 10.5 million customers. He holds
a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Mississippi State
University and an MBA from Georgia State University. Profile
