Robert Van Doorn – Mundoro Capital Inc. (mun:tsx)

ROBERT VAN DOORN, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Mundoro Capital Inc., has accumulated over 25 years' experience in the mining industry through positions both in industry and the global capital markets. He has held senior positions in various underground and open-pit mining operations with companies such as Anglo American, Mt Isa Mines, Billiton and Rio Narcea Gold Mines. His extensive understanding of mining has been enhanced by more than 10 years' experience in the global capital markets during which he held senior positions on the buy side and sell side of the investment industry. On the buy side, Mr. van Doorn was in charge of investments in the mining sector for Old Mutual, South Africa's largest financial institution. On the sell side, Mr. van Doorn held positions as the Worldwide Gold Equity Analyst for Morgan Stanley in New York where he conducted equity research for institutional clients on large to small capitalization equities in the resource sector, and Chief Mining Analyst for Loewen Ondaatje McCutcheon, a boutique investment bank in Toronto where he focused on junior resources equities and successfully identified a number of junior resource companies that were subsequently taken over by one of the largest international gold mining companies. Mr. van Doorn has been a Board member of several publicly listed companies in the resource sector.
