ROBERT G. SOLOMON currently serves as Chairman and Chief Executive
Officer of USOL Holdings, Inc. USOL is a leading technology solutions
provider for the residential real estate industry. USOL Holdings is the
parent to its two operating subsidiaries, USOL, Inc. (dba US OnLine) and
TheResidentClub ('TRC'). From March 1998 through July 1999 Mr. Solomon
served as Founder and Chief Executive Officer of US Online
Communications, Inc., and from May 1994 through March 1998 as Founder
and Chief Executive Officer of predecessor companies. From 1987 to 1995
Mr. Solomon served as Director, Officer and Principal Shareholder of CS
Management, Inc., a real estate firm headquartered in Austin, Texas with
a core concentration in multi-housing investment and management. Mr.
Solomon serves on the Executive Board of the Independent Multi-Family
Communications Council ('IMCC'), the leading industry trade group for
