Robert Nelson – Ballistic Recovery Systems Inc (brsi)

ROBERT NELSON serves as the Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Ballistic Recovery Systems, Inc. He is the president of Robert L. Nelson and Associates, a consulting firm specializing in aviation. Mr. Nelson is an instrument- rated private pilot. Through December 2000, Mr. Nelson was on the executive board of the Twin Cities Salvation Army. In addition he is a member of the Woodbury Economic Development Authority and an arbitrator for the NASD. Until March 1998, Mr. Nelson was president and chief operations officer of Wipaire, Inc., an aviation float manufacturer. Mr. Nelson's past experience in aviation includes positions with Cessna Aircraft Company, Rockwell Aviation Corporation, Grumman American, Grumman Corporation, Senior Vice President of lending with an aviation emphasis, and past president and founder of the National Aircraft Finance Association. LARRY E. WILLIAMS joined Ballistic Recovery Systems, Inc., in 2004 as President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Williams was Vice President of Business Development for AmSafe Aviation in Phoenix, Arizona. AmSafe is the world's largest manufacturer of aviation restraints. From 1995-2000 he was Group President at Rural/Metro Corporation. A former airport fire chief, Mr. Williams holds an Aviation Safety Certificate from the University of Southern California, and is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University. Profile
