ROBERT A. HELLER has served as President and Chief Executive Officer
since the inception of Merlin Software Technologies International Inc.
Prior to that, Mr. Heller had over 20 years experience as an expert
developer of innovative computer solutions. He was President and Chief
Executive Office of B.O.S.S. Systems Inc. which he founded in 1986.
B.O.S.S. Systems Inc. specialized in cross-platform software consulting,
design and development, providing services to a range of clients
including Xerox, NCR Corporation, Unisys and Equity Retirement Savings
where he was acting Chief Information Officer from 1995 through 1997.
Between 1995 and 1997, Mr. Heller also acted as President of Internet
XL, an Internet service provider that was subsequently sold. Mr. Heller
graduated from Cauldon College in England having completed courses in
English history and sociology and began his career with six years at
Tandy Corporation, U.K. and Radio Shack, Canada, where he held a number
of senior management positions. Mr. Heller recently earned his private
pilot licence and enjoys flying around the Pacific Northwest with his
wife and guitar, when he is not in the saddle at Merlin. Profile
