ROBERT DONAHUE is President and Chief Financial Officer of
Manufacturer's Services Ltd. He directs the company's global
manufacturing operations and strategy, including customer program
management and finance. He joined Manufacturers' Services as CFO in
1997, and has led the company's strong financial performance with
strategic initiatives to improve cost efficiency and operational
performance. Prior to joining Manufacturers' Services, Mr. Donahue was
CEO of S2 Systems, the electronic commerce transaction processing
software and services subsidiary at Stratus Computer. Mr. Donahue brings
