ROBERT H. DAVIS has been Chief Executive Officer and a Director of
GreenMan Technologies, Inc., since July 1997. Prior to joining GreenMan,
Mr. Davis served as Vice President of Recycling for Browning-Ferris
Industries, Inc., of Houston, Texas ('BFI') from 1990. As an early
leader of BFI's recycling division, Mr. Davis grew that operation from
startup to $650 million per year in profitable revenues. A 25-year
veteran of the recycling industry, Mr. Davis has also held executive
positions with Fibres International, Garden State Paper Company and SCS
Engineers, Inc. Mr. Davis currently serves as a Director and Audit
Committee member of Waste Connections, Inc., the fourth largest solid
