RICHARD S. SCHOENFELDT is the Vice President-Finance, Chief Financial
Officer, Treasurer and Assistant Secretary of The Colonel's
International, Inc. Since 1994, he has served as controller and Chief
Financial Officer of The Colonel's. From 1991 through 1994, he was
Controller of The Colonel's and from 1987 through 1991, he was
Operations Manager of The Colonel's Plastics Division. From 1980 to
1986, he served as the Director of Operations for Alcolite Products,
Inc., an OEM plastic injection molding, blow molding and thermoforming
manufacturer. Mr. Schoenfeldt also serves as a Director of The
