RICHARD S. Jones' investment career began in 1980 at Boatmen's First
National Bank in Kansas City. Over the next 13 years, he was assigned
portfolio management responsibility for trust and pooled fund accounts
totaling $400 million. He also had broad supervisory responsibility for
other portfolio managers. He spent the next three years with a local
investment counseling firm prior to joining Mitchell Capital Management
Company. His community activities include ten years assisting
Harvesters, where he currently serves on the Board of Directors. Profile
KENNETH L. Green is responsible for fixed income security analysis and
portfolio management. He works with U.S. Treasury bonds, state and
local tax-exempt securities, mortgage-backed securities and corporate
bonds. He has extensive experience investing for both institutional
tax-exempt clients and individual taxable accounts. He is a member of
the Association for Investment Management and Research, the Institute of
Chartered Financial Analysts and the Kansas City Society of Financial

Frederick Wolferman is responsible for the development of client
relationships. He has an extensive business background in the
manufacture and marketing of consume food products. He was President
and CEO of Wolferman's, and subsequently General Manager of Wolferman's
Inc., a division of Sara Lee Corp. He has been a consultant in the area
of direct marketing and the delivery of customer services. He is a
