Richard Lane – Andrx Corporation (adrx)

RICHARD J. LANE, Chief Executive Officer of Andrx Corporation, is a seasoned pharmaceutical executive with over 30 years of industry experience. He joined Andrx Corporation as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors in June 2002. From 1995 through 2002, Mr. Lane served in various capacities for Bristol-Myers Squibb Company, including as Executive Vice President and President, Worldwide Medicines Group and as a member of its Executive Committee from January 2000 through March 2002. Previous work experience included executive management positions with Novartis, Schering-Plough and Merck. Mr. Lane's track record includes successful launches of new products, revitalization of mature products, creation of brands and innovative approaches to seize market opportunities. Mr. Lane holds an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a BA from Temple University. you see the company today?

Mr. Lane: We're about an $800 million revenue company and have three

principal revenue focuses
