RICHARD M. FRANK is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CEC
Entertainment, Inc. At the helm at CEC Entertainment since 1986, he has
engineered a strong turnaround of the company's kid-oriented, 384-unit
Chuck E. Cheese's brand, including an aggressive remodeling program, the
opening of 30-34 new stores in 2001 and introduction of a wide range of
new food and entertainment initiatives. A native of New York State, Mr.
Frank spent 12 years in various positions with S&A Restaurant
Corporation (Steak & Ale and Bennigan's) from 1973-1985. He was S&A's
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in 1985 when he
joined CEC Entertainment in Irving, Texas, as President and Chief
Operating Officer. Mr. Frank is a 1970 graduate of Hope College,
Holland, Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. Profile

Mr. Frank: The first Chuck E. Cheese's restaurant and entertainment
center opened 24 years ago in Northern
