Dr. RICHARD DIXEY is the Chief Executive of Phytopharm Plc. He has a BA
(Hons) in Physiological Sciences (Oxford, 1973), a PhD in Biophysics
(London, 1984) and an MSc in History and Philosophy of Science (London,
1988). He became a Non-Executive Director of Phytopharm in 1990, was
appointed Vice-Chairman in 1992 and became Chief Executive of Phytopharm
in 1994. He is a former Director of the Bioelectronic Research Unit
which he founded at St. Bartholomew's Hospital, London in 1979. In
1989, he co-founded Chakra Limited, of which he remains a Director. Profile
