RICHARD B. RUSSELL is President of Ariston Capital Management
Corporation in Bellevue, Washington. Ariston is recognized for its
expertise in portfolio management and investment research, specializing
in convertible securities and market analysis. Ariston is the subadvisor
and portfolio manager of the Lexington Convertible Securities Fund that
is part of the Lexington Fund Group. Russell is a graduate from the
School of Business at the University of Washington. He is a member of
the Seattle Society of Financial analysts, the Association for
Investment Management and Research and the Market technicians
Association. He has spent his entire professional career as an
independent money manager dating from 1972. Before founding Ariston in
1977, he was a full time manager of private assets. He is frequently
interviewed by and contributes to a variety of financial publications.
He is married and in his free time enjoys activities connected with his
