REBECCA KEELER was appointed as the President and Chief Executive
Officer of Dimethaid Research Inc. in 1990. Under her leadership, the
company has successfully transformed from a generic drug manufacturer to
a fully integrated pharmaceutical company with a proven track record.
Under Ms. Keeler's leadership, Dimethaid developed its first topical
drug for treating osteoarthritis and has expanded its product pipeline
by acquiring a Swiss subsidiary to develop a new immune system
regulation technology. To support the company's growth, Ms. Keeler has
secured stable funding from select institutional investors. Prior to
joining Dimethaid, Ms. Keeler was a practicing lawyer specialized in
insolvency, banking, environmental, and construction liens law. Ms.
Keeler holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology and Economics from York
