JEFFREY A. HELTON is a Senior Vice President at Harris Webb & Garrison
in Houston, and has been involved in REIT research since 1985. Earlier
in his career, he participated in the successful startup of the
predecessor firm to Harris Webb & Garrison, Garrison Brothers, Inc.,
where he conducted REIT research and also served as Financial and
Operations Principal. From 1985 to 1991, Mr. Helton was engaged in the
institutional department of Lovett, Underwood Neuhaus & Webb and its
predecessor firms, which were subsidiaries of Kemper Financial Services,
Inc. From 1980 to 1985, Mr. Helton was a CPA employed by a Big Six
public accounting firm. Mr. Helton is a Chartered Financial Analyst,
NASD Registered Sales Representative, former President of the Real
Estate Analysts Group in New York, and a member of the National
Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts. He received his M.B.A. and
B.B.A. degrees from the University of Texas at Austin. Profile
