Raymond Tucker – H.b. Fuller Company (full)

RAYMOND A. TUCKER is Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of H.B. Fuller Company, a 116-year-old worldwide manufacturer and marketer of specialty chemical products, headquartered in St. Paul, Minnesota. Mr. Tucker joined H.B. Fuller on July 1, 1999. He serves as a member of the company's leadership council and executive committee. In 2000, Mr. Tucker was appointed Chairman of Stratyc, a technology venture developed at H.B. Fuller Company. Prior to joining H.B. Fuller, Mr. Tucker spent his career with Bayer Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bayer A.G., headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Mr. Tucker joined Bayer in 1968, and while there, held a number of key financial and operations positions. These included Vice President of Finance and Administration for Bayer's Industrial Chemicals Division, where he was responsible for the full spectrum of financial activities, along with information systems, human resources, and mergers and acquisitions.
