RAM SRIRAM is President and co-Founder of NexPrise, Inc., where he
spearheads the company's strategic business direction. He championed
NexPrise's spin-off from the Lockheed-Martin Palo Alto Research Lab,
where he led the Collaborative Engineering Environment project, as well
as conceived and directed the $17 million DARPA program that led to the
formation of NexPrise. Mr. Sriram also assembled the consortium that
became the initial user group for NexPrise ipTeam. He has more than 18
years of experience in advanced software design and management, has
published numerous papers in technical journals and has spoken at
conferences and workshops around the world. Mr. Sriram holds an MS in
Computer Science from the University of Tulsa, an MS in Engineering from
Mississippi State University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the
