Ralph (kit) Mckittrick – Kingston Systems Inc. (ksyt)

RALPH (KIT) MCKITTRICK, Chairman, President and CEO of Kingston Systems Inc., founded the company and has been its Chairman/President/CEO since 1987. Kingston Systems originally went public in April 1987 and was listed on national NASDAQ. Mr. McKittrick purchased PRSCO in 2005 after consulting for that company for over two years. He formed HoloDek Gaming Inc. in 2003 and commissioned the building of the first Entertainment "Rotopod" and Projection Dome. PRSCO and HoloDek have earned best in category in two industries; both were invented and defined by this management team. Mr. McKittrick has been involved with over 15 startups, has been a general partner of many successful partnerships, been CEO of both public and private companies, has raised money from revenue bonds, Reg. D limited partnerships and involved with public S-1's, SB-2's, and Reg. S's. He most recently has successfully built and maintained a highly sophisticated vending machine prototype and helped turn around a machine tool distributorship. In 1996, he was the Founder and CEO of a John Deere exclusively contracted subprime lender and in 1991, President of an EDS funding partner, and founded and was the CEO of a NASD SIPC broker/dealer, He has been involved with many aspects of general business, startups and turnarounds for over 25 years.
