RAFAEL DECALUWE is the Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of the Executive Committee and Member of the Board of Directors of NV Bekaert SA. Prior to that he was Corporate Vice President of Steelcord International part of the NV Bekaert SA Group. Mr Decaluwe qualified as an Internal Auditor in 1982. He graduated from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium as a Commercial Engineer and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
