PETER WILKINSON is the Chief Executive of InTechnology Plc. He has
created a number of successful technology companies. In 1995 he founded
Planet Online when he anticipated a demand for corporate Internet
services and Planet became one of the UK's largest B2B ISPs and was sold
to Energis Plc in August 1998 for GBP75million. He retained the sporting
Website division of Planet and this was acquired by Sports Internet
Group Plc in May 1999 and Wilkinson became the majority shareholder in
SIG. In May 2000, BSkyB made a recommended offer to Sports Internet
Group valuing the company at GBP301million. Peter Wilkinson is also the
architect of Freeserve Plc, the ISP that was launched in September 1998.
He received the 'Internet Personality of the Year' award at the 1999
ISPA Internet Industry Awards and is widely recognised as one of the
UK's leading technology entrepreneurs. Profile

Mr. Wilkinson: The original company was formed back in 1984 by
