PROF. ING. PETER KOTAUCZEK is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of
BEKO Group, which has 1100 employees and is one of the leading software
companies in Austria. He was elected President of the Austrian Software
Industrie Association and he was Service Entrepreneur of the Year 1993
in the financial magazine 'Trend'. He is also a lecturer at the
Universitat fur angewandte Kunst, the University of Applied Arts in
Vienna and a visiting Professor for Telecommunications, Information and
Media at the Donau University Krems. Prof. Kotauczek has set up
numerous Computer-Art Exibitions and has won the Franz Kafka Medal for
Fine Arts in Praha. He also won the Grand Prix 'Graphik Praha 94', a
competition which includes Artists from 12 nations and an international
