PETER GROTH is Senior Director of Investor Relations of Fairchild
Semiconductor International, Inc. Mr. Groth has more than 20 years of
experience in the semiconductor industry. Prior to his current position
in investor relations, he held a series of marketing management
positions for Fairchild Semiconductor and National Semiconductor from
1986 to 1999, with responsibilities for tactical, product and strategic
marketing, strategic planning, and market analysis. He began his career
at Texas Instruments as an integrated circuit design engineer in 1982
and subsequently held various engineering management positions until he
joined Fairchild in 1986. Mr. Groth holds a BS in Electrical Engineering
from Duke University, and an MS in Engineering Management from Southern
Methodist University. Profile
