PETER G. M. COX, Chief Financial Officer of Agricore United, joined
United Grain Growers Limited as Chief Financial Officer in January 1995.
He was instrumental in the successful merger of United Grain Growers
Limited and Agricore Cooperative Limited in November 2001, to form
Canada's largest agribusiness, Agricore United. Prior to that, he served
as Vice President, Finance and Director of a publicly traded Canadian
manufacturing company in Montreal, as a Corporate Controller of a United
Kingdom multinational company based in London and with an international
firm of public accountants in Paris, France. He holds a Bachelor's
degree in Economics from Manchester University and a Master's degree in
Business Administration from Cranfield University in the United Kingdom
and is a United Kingdom Chartered and a Canadian Certified Management
